Food Program

Register for a pick-up date & time
Food Program begins on Monday, July 6th
Families will need to indicate their meal count and the delivery site no later than Monday at 9:00 am for that week. This registration will need to occur each week. If no shows occur frequently, your ability to access the program may be reevaluated, as reimbursements can only be provided for meals taken. Please note that submitting your registration serves as confirmation of your family’s participation in the program for the upcoming week.
Meals need to be picked up daily from your designated site at the corresponding time.
This special Food Program is sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture. The Club organization is reimbursed per meal, with most reimbursement covering the cost of food, with a little bit allowed for staffing costs. Because of this, it is actually most beneficial to serve more meals, as the volume assists with the cost of preparing and transporting the food. We encourage you to share this resource widely within your community.
There is no income qualifying and no cost. Any youth 18 years of age and under in the household may receive meals. 
To limit contact and exposure potential, meals will be brought to selected “Grab & Go” sites. A three-week menu rotation has been created, but we ask for patience as many food items are difficult to source at this time.
Youth do not need to be present at the pick-up site. Only one individual should approach the Club vehicle and pick-up station to be provided with the meals, and participants are encouraged to wear face protection and must practice social distancing measures, remaining 6 feet apart.
